  • How do I sign up for a class?

    Easy! Just head to our website to book your spot on the BOOK A CLASS tab. Classes are available to reserve online as they’re added—so check back often and grab your mat space before it fills up!

  • What should I bring to class?

    Please bring a mat you love—something comfy and supportive for all the core work and stretches we’ll flow through.

    Grippy socks if you’ve got ‘em (or bare feet work just fine!).

    Water and optional sweat towel.

    And OF COURSE, your beautiful self—we’ll take care of the rest :)

  • What should I wear to class?

    Think comfy, think confident! Tighter-fitting activewear is best—it moves with you and helps your instructor see your form to keep you safe and strong. Leggings, a fitted tank, and a smile are the perfect combo!

  • When should I arrive to class?

    We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes early for class. It gives you time to settle in, chat with your instructor if needed, and get in the zone before we begin.

  • Can I still come to class if I'm pregnant?

    Absolutely—with a few extra considerations! We’d love to support you during this special season. Just make sure you have your doctor’s okay first, and let your instructor know you are expecting so we can offer safe and supportive modifications every step of the way.

  • Do I need to sign anything to participate?

    Yes! There’s a quick waiver to fill out before your first class—super simple and all done online. We just want to make sure you’re set to move safely and confidently.

  • Are the classes beginner-friendly?

    Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we always offer modifications to help you feel comfortable starting out. At the same time, there's plenty of room to grow, challenge yourself, and advance as you build strength and confidence.

  • What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

    Plans change—we get it! Just be sure to cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full refund. After that, no refunds (but we’ll still be sending you good vibes!). Refunds are not automatically issued through the system, so give our team up to 24 hours to issue a full refund!

  • Can I book a private group class for my friends, team or event?

    Yes! We love hosting private group classes—whether it’s for a birthday, bachelorette, corporate wellness, or just a fun get-together. Send us a message through our contact form on our CONTACT page or email us directly to plan your session!
