A 50-minute class rooted in classical Pilates principles, with a touch of contemporary flow. You’ll move through intentional, core-focused sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and align the body.
Thoughtfully paced, breath-driven, and designed to leave you feeling centered and strong. -
POWER.
A 50-minute, cardio-based Pilates class designed to energize and challenge. Expect dynamic movement, elevated heart rate, and nonstop flow—all grounded in core-focused, Pilates principles.
Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and feel powerful -
SCULPT.
COMING SOON
A 50-minute energizing fusion of classical Pilates and strength-based movement. This class incorporates props like resistance bands, balls, and rings to tone, sculpt, and elevate your practice—while staying rooted in core control and intentional movement.
Low impact, high burn, all levels welcome. -
PRENATAL.
A 40-minute, low-impact class designed specifically for moms-to-be.
With a focus on breath, pelvic floor support, posture, and mobility, these sessions help you build strength and confidence as you prepare for birth.
Safe, empowering movement for every stage of pregnancy—created to support your body and your journey.
